Modern World History Writing is part of the Foundations Theme-Based Writing Classes for 2026-27
This is an Advanced Foundations class.
Each year Mrs. Luiz offers two IEW theme-based writing classes that will meet the needs of beginning, intermediate and advanced students. Classes are two-tiered and will challenge students to their level.
Students will have an opportunity to “play” with language – using strong words, vivid imagery, sophisticated sentence structures, and timely transitions.
Students receive weekly personalized feedback on their writing.
The classes are interactive and lively. Students will participate in oral reading, vocabulary challenges, and small group activities.
